Our values
Often, companies want to project a certain image and define their values accordingly. This frequently leads to superficial values that do not genuinely integrate into the company’s culture. Therefore, we believe that honesty is the most important aspect when defining values.
Since its establishment, Nodeon has been actively reflecting on and articulating its core values. There have been also changes along the way.
Our current values are well established, recognized by our employees as part of our culture, and they are strongly reflected in our everyday operations.

Collective leadership
At Nodeon, we have always adhered to the principle of leadership based on shared vision. A good example of this is that we’ve never had a CEO.
Our executive team is the top authority in operational management. They are supported by independent management groups that focus on different functions within the company (marketing, HR, finance, etc.) We actively involve a diverse range of Nodeon staff in these groups.
Our leadership model has been developed over the years on the basis of our own principles. As a result, it has become strongly representative of who we are. In line with our values, we are always ready to change our leadership practices when valid reasons are presented.
